In this post, i'm gonna tell you more about symptoms and signs of ovarian cancer that you should be familiar. So, you can aware about this cancer.
Signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer are often absent early on and when they exist they may be subtle. In most cases, the symptoms last for several months before being diagnosed and identified.
Majority women with ovarian cancer inform one or more symptoms such as
- Abdominal pain or discomfort,
- Bloating,
- Back pain,
- An abdominal mass,
- Constipation,
- Tiredness
- Urinary urgency,
- Abnormal vaginal bleeding
- Pelvic pain, or
- Involuntary weight loss.
A prospective case-control study of 1,709 women visiting primary care clinics discovered that the combination of bloating, increased abdominal size, and urinary symptoms was found in 43% of those with ovarian cancer but in only 8% of those presenting to primary care clinics.
Two case-control studies, (both subject to results being increased by spectrum bias), have been informed. The first discover that women with ovarian cancer had symptoms of increased abdominal size/bloating, pelvic pain and urge to pass urine.
The smaller, second study discover that women with ovarian cancer had increased abdominal size/bloating, pelvic/abdominal pain, and difficulty eating/feeling full. The second study generated a list of symptoms that was considered critical if any of the six (6) symptoms "occurred more than 12 times per month but were present for under 1 year".
So, if you found any one of those symptoms occur in your body for a long time ( more than 12 times per month but were present for under 1 year ) you should contact your nearest health expert for more further explanation. So, you can avoid any worst possibilities.
